How do I ensure the colors are right on my coins

In order to ensure that the particular shade of blue that you had in mind for your challenge coins is the exact shade that gets added to the final version of the coin, we use a Pantone Color System.

Everyone sees color differently. In addition to that, each computer screen displays colors differently. The only consistent way around this problem is with Pantone Color Systems. Since 1963, Pantone has worked to standardize color communication through the invention of a universal color language.

This means that the color you describe to us and the color you see in the proof we send to you is sure to be the exact same color you see on your finished coin. If there’s a professional or college sports team or Fortune 500 company that uses a color in its branding that you’d like to use for you coin, simply tell your sales team member, and they’ll be able to match it to the exact Pantone color for your coin.
